Andy Unerstall began his business in 1983 as Unerstall Construction Company. He started with himself and one employee. Andy already had several years of experience in the building industry and used this to do anything from repair work, to remodeling, to room additions. His first few customers were happy with his quality work and referred him to their neighbors and as a result, he spent the first 2 years in business working in the same neighborhood. He realized that his word and reputation were his best advertising.

The business has grown and now employs 13 people, many of which have been with the company more than 20 years. Andy also works closely with the family businesses of his brothers: Unerstall Foundations, Unerstall Electric, and Unerstall Plumbing. Working with them helps to ensure that quality is first rate.

Unerstall Construction has expanded our services over the years is now a full-service company with skilled and dedicated employees and a whole team of qualified subcontractors. Our years of experience have afforded us the benefits of developing valuable working relationships with the most skilled professionals in our area. We provide services for general contracting, residential custom homes, remodeling, room additions, custom cabinetry and trim work, as well as building, remodeling, excavation, and customization for commercial projects.
